These terms describe how Sensus handles product guidance, quotation requests, service coordination and website use. They are written for business users who rely on environmental and gas monitoring instruments, process measurement equipment and utility metering support.
Information on this website is provided for product selection and service planning. It does not replace the final engineering review, site safety assessment or regulatory interpretation required by your organization. Sensus may update catalog language, service descriptions and availability notes as suppliers, approvals or field conditions change.
A quotation or recommendation depends on the range, approval region, installation environment and documentation requirement provided by the requester. If a request omits critical details, Sensus may respond with assumptions or ask for clarification before offering a firm recommendation. Any price, lead time or service turnaround remains subject to written confirmation.
Calibration, repair and record-pack services must be scheduled against actual instrument condition and workload. A typical turnaround is not a guarantee for every unit. Shipping delay, missing accessories, damaged sensors or incomplete identification can change the service route. Sensus will make reasonable efforts to communicate those changes quickly.
Users may not misuse forms, attempt to access restricted systems, upload malicious content or submit misleading ownership claims. Sensus may refuse requests that appear unsafe, fraudulent, unlawful or outside the intended business purpose of the site.
To the extent permitted by law, Sensus is not liable for indirect losses arising from website use, delayed response, incomplete requester data or decisions made without local engineering and safety review. The user remains responsible for confirming that an instrument and its documentation are suitable for the final site.
